We are a Busy Medical Billing Office, we are looking for an experienced Medical Biller to do Follow-up on unpaid insurance claims; the successful candidate should have knowledge of processing denied Insurance claims and Coding. Please send resume to attention Melissa.
We are also looking for a full time phone person to call patients in order to get missing billing information, this person should have excellent communications skills, speak fluent English, and be familiar with explaining deductibles and coinsurance to patients. They should also be generally familiar with why patients get billed in today’s insurance market and be able to explain such to patients. We do offer detailed training, but phone experience is a plus.
